Before You Apply
You Are Considered a Non-Degree Seeking Student If…
You’re taking classes without officially declaring a major and you aren’t working towards graduating with a degree.
Non-degree seeking students are often fulfilling prerequisites, growing their expertise in a certain field, or just interested in learning something new. A non-degree seeking status means you will not qualify for on-campus housing (with the exception of and sponsored students), financial aid, or upper division courses without consent of the department offering courses of interest.
